Are things getting hectic?
Every day that I feel I have gotten closer to completion, I realize how much more I have to do. In other words, it seems that I can't catch a break. My work routine has adapted to the circumstances, which is how I am able to make my models in a timely manner. I make sure to freeze the transformations of the model before exporting into Unity, to make sure the scale is 1,1,1.
Making the sure the scale is correct first is great when I need to add an image texture to a specific model. It saves me the trouble of checking the scale every time I export the model with the image.
Moving on to bigger and better things, I am shifting between the Toy Store and the Mall. Milestone 3 is fast approaching, so I am focusing on blocking out the interior of the mall with different mall elements - benches, trash cans, tables and chairs for eating, food courts, and kiosks. Additionally, I have modeled several artifacts that are to be collected by Bopp.
We are slowly but surely progressing. Every day shows more promise, along with new lessons to learn.
